Richard & Debbie McGrew

Richard and Debbie McGrew started McGrew Properties 17 years ago with a dream of providing clean, safe, and affordable housing for low to moderate income families. Their first purchase was a 7 unit apartment building, in the historic district of Hot Springs, that they still own to this day. Richard and Debbie began this journey side by side,  renovating, leasing, and managing this apartment  building. Today, with a great team by their side, they own and manage several apartment buildings, homes,  duplexes, condos, commercial spaces and an independent senior living community. One of the things I set out to accomplish, is to have McGrew Properties be someplace that people wanted to call home not just a place to live.
